Unable to save waypoints on the InReach Map

Hi,

Is anyone still able to add a waypoint through the webinterface on a map (https://eur.inreach.garmin.com/Map), so I can sync them to my device?
Whenever I click the green "v" save icon nothing happens and when I refresh my browser the waypoint is gone.

Adding routes works just fine.

I have tried in Chrome, Edge and IE, all the same, nothing happens.

  • I just created a waypoint and clicked the green checkbox and the "balloon" went away but I am seeing a blue flag at the waypoint location, with the waypoint name below it. I've seen weird things like this once in awhile (not long enough on here to see it here though). Try going to a private browser session and see if that solves the problem. Could be some bad cookies on your side from the garmin server. Just a guess.

    I'm using Chrome. I'm not on the latest version but maybe 1 version back.

    Thanks for the feedback! I tried your suggestions and also tried it on two different computers and a cellphone. All the same... Guess it must be related to my account somehow.

    I will see if I can contact Garmin directly. Really annoying.

    Update: Just did some debugging and I am getting an "Internal Server Error" in the background when clicking the save icon. Off to Garmin for support I guess.
