Just picked up an inreach se+. I can message my friend on his iPhone and my other friend on his older samsung but my wife cant recieve a message on her s7. What is the issue?
First, check your account site to see if the message was received. All copies of messages are trapped there. After that, if it was email, check her junk folder. If it wasn't there or the it was a text message she didn't receive then, you'll need to check with Garmin support instead of asking here.
