GM - I am attempting to activate the device referenced above for the 1st time. I go to the activation page and follow the instructions to power on the device and get the IMIE # and activation code. My device is fully charged. When I turn on the device, I get a warning message about needing a subscription with 2 buttons @ the bottom that says Turn On or Cancel. I hit the check button per the instructions and the device makes a weird chirping sound and immediately turns off. Any advice before I return this unit?
