I am continuing to have problems with the Inreach Software. I have been constant touch with Product Support but no joy!
I even checked on another computer and the same problems are recurring-
a) On Opera & Chrome, when I am creating a route, the map does not move- so my route cannot go past the page in front of me. I have repeatedly complained to the product support team and their only solution was to use another browser. Fine ...
b) I then started using Firefox. THe route can be created there BUT I cannot save the route as I keep getting the "debug" message. I followed their advice to let it "continue" and yet NOTHING - I cannot save the route.
What a FRUSTRATION with this software. It never was creating a problem in the past.
I cannot create a route, I cannot amend a route- I am about to go on an overlanding expidition and I am very concerned on the safety and reliability of the product.
I have repeatedly asked their team to ask the TECH departments for some help but nothing is forthcoming.
I am finally left asking WHAT DO I DO? the INREACH SOFTWARE IS NOT WORKING ON ANY BROWSER!
How am I to use this product if I cannot get the support I have been requesting for MONTHS.
