How to Mark Message as Read

I have an InReach Mini that I have received hundreds of messages on.

But even though I have read them all it still shows I have 10 unread messages, and if I go into the messages it shows those 10 as new.

But they remain marked as new/unread even when I open and read the message.

I have done some research, but do not see how to mark these as read.

Any help?

Make sure you have viewed the maximum level of detail available for each message. I don't actually recall the sequence to get there, but it IS important to go "all the way down". If that does not do it, open a support ticket.
