Why am I unable to edit Check in and Quicktext messages in Explore

Hello vanderloo Presets have changed and are now Check-ins. The video I am assuming you are viewing has not been updated to reflect check-ins. Check in messages cannot be edited but the receipeint line for them can. Editing Check-In Contacts on the Garmin Explore Website

The More I learn about the Inreach mini 2 the less I feel about it's value

I would like to be more clear that check-ins are now across the inReach platform in general and not specific to one device it applies to all inReach devices. 

Wow, Garmin what a shame, why do take functionality away from such an expensive device? Outragous!

I suggest you open a support ticket. It won't make any immediate difference - the response will be "by design". But the more people who complain, the more likely Garmin is to reverse itself. That said, I have yet to see anybody on the forums who actually LIKES this change. And Garmin shows no sign of budging.
