OK, so I know there has been questions dancing around this and I think I've read the entire forum but I have failed to find the definitive answer... so please help my sanity!!
Can you load a GPX file as a *track* containing more than 200 points into the Mini1? Possibly through the explore website or Earthmate app? Or some other means? If so, please, please, please describe or point me to documentation how.
I can upload a GPX file as a *route* via the explore website and this will sync to my Mini1 and Earthmate app, but it chops the number of coordinates to 200 points. If I select *track* instead of *route* when uploading via the explore website, the *track* does NOT sync. The *track* option is desirable as it preserves the number of points in the GPX file.
If I walk the trail and collect points with my Mini1 then those *tracks* are available on the Mini1, Earthmate app, and Explore website map. These tracks recorded by the Mini1 can contain 1000s of points. So the device can handle large #s of points!
I really, really do not want to break my GPX archive files, some containing 1000s of points, into dozens of small 200 point GPX files just so the Mini1 will sync!!!!
Thank you so much in advance!!!!
