I have been unable to pair my InReach to my iPhone. Of note, although it appears to have updated (as it had been a year since we had synced it), the sync status has not updated. I went through all steps and they seem to go fine.

I am unclear. Can you not PAIR? Or did you successfully pair but do not see the results of a subsequent sync?
