How to keep Enlgish language in help center

I'm in Korea and needs support, but the url to help center gives me a Korean language (https://support.garmin.com/ko-KR/), so how to get to the Englsih help page? Thanks!

Edited to add: This is English, but it is for the US. This many not do you much good. I tried /en-KR, but got what claims to be a temporary error. Suspect it's not temporary.
