Sending Messages from Mini

Hi - I am only able to send a test message to certain contacts I have in my contacts list. The others it will not send to

I am sending from the Inreach mini itself and the numbers are entered correctly. I am not sure what I am doing wrong.

Also whenever I start the mini I get this display that I have 2 messages, but cannot figure out how to see them. (see attached image file)

To check a message on the device please use the following steps:

From the Messages page, select OK.
Select a conversation.
Select a message, and select OK.

Hi - Yes I have done all this - I have the latest firmware 3.7. I have also synched device several times.

Open a support ticket. The forums are not an official support channel. Although Garmin employees occasionally post, you will get faster service for your specific issue if you open a support ticket.
