If I trigger an SOS using the physical SOS button on the InReach Mini device, will I then still be able to converse with the GEOS representative on the Earthmate App? Or does triggering the SOS on the device then require you to "text" back and forth on the device?
I know you can trigger the SOS from the Earthmate App, but I feel it would be much more likely for me to push the physical button in the event of an emergency. But once GEOS responds back and inquires about the nature of the emergency, I want to be able to use my iPhone keyboard to compose a message. I also want to know if during that time (while GEOS is conversing with me and coordinating a SAR) am I able to use the App and device like normal, as in, sending messages to other people at the same time in order to keep them informed?
