Inreach Mini not Syncing

Device connected to the computer using garmin cord. I click on my APP to sync and it just keeps spinning and saying "IN Reach" not found.

Please help, need to have this up and running by tomorrow!

What APP are you talking about? In order to sync the Mini via a USB wired connection, you must use the desktop Sync program. The conventional wisdom regarding problems with desktop sync is to remove it and reinstall it.

If this does not work, you may find it easier to sync via the free Earthmate mobile app. This requires that you pair the device with your phone via Bluetooth.
