Setting send to never

I saw a post from 5 months ago on this, but it says to make sure you have the latest update. I have the latest updates and "never send" is not an option. 10 minutes to 4 hours are the options I have. I started the Safety plan today. Thanks!

I'm on Safety and have "off" as a choice and what I'm using currently in this down season.

I have a more comprehensive plan. But "Off" is an option. I can't imagine why it would not be available on the safety plan. It's at the very top of the list, before your smallest send interval. In your case, it should appear just above 10 minutes.

Main Screen > OK > scroll down to Setup > OK > scroll down to Tracking > OK > scroll if necessary to Send Interval > OK > scroll up (probably) to Off > OK. Note that the scrolling in the list is circular. Quit your way back to the main screen.

Thanks so much for your reply. Alas, there is no "off" option in the scroll list. I have inserted a picture to show what I see as my first option (10 min). If I scroll up once more, I get 4 hours.

I sync'd one more time with inReach Sync and did a soft reset, but no change.

I guess my next step will be calling Garmin. Thanks for any thoughts before doing that.
