In the Explorer web page Mapshare is on. Collections are selected for sharing. In the Map tab I can see the device's location, which is on and currently has tracking enabled. But the link given for mapshare goes to a page that says "Page Not Found" at the Explore web site. That happens to people who are emailed the link and it happens when I try to access the mapshare link from within the Explore web page that I am logged into. Also, the Map tab does't show any breadcrumb trail of the mini's location. It only shows the location of the most recent ping.
The mapshare feature is the primary reason I got this device. Not a happy customer. I would be grateful for any help.
