Msgs sent from the device inReach to mobiles under the provider Zain are not received .
It works properly with STC.
I have informed your support Team and they replied To me telling to contact the provider Zain!
Frankly speaking I assume Zain Customer Care will not understand my problem.

The forums are mostly peer to peer. Much as I hate to say it, you're going to have address this again with iR tech support in your region.
Garmin contracts with third-party mobile gateways in each region. The first question to ask tech support is whether or not they HAVE a gateway which would interface with this mobile provider. The gateway would not necessarily BELONG to Zain. It would just have to be in a location where sending the SMS into the network from the gateway would reach Zain.
Of course, tech support might have already checked and determined that there is such a gateway and that it is operational. Or not.
As far as do it yourself goes, the conventional wisdom is that some cell providers object to the shortened URLs used to send the map link with a text message. You can turn that off in the lower right corner of the Account tab at explore.garmin.com.
If this works, you should let tech support know. They can (sometimes) work with the provider to stop these from being blocked.
