Answers to sms stopped coming again. The service worked less than a week. Now I'll constantly think on trips that I couldn't get messages. I bought this device more to be able to communicate with loved ones.

Not a device problem at all. Not a warranty issue. If you want to pursue a return, you will have to do through the purchase channel.
