Custom and Quick messages don't go through.

Hello! I am able to send preset messages to my contacts and they receive them. When I send quick or custom messages, my contacts don't receive the message. I can use the inreach or earthmate it doesn't matter. My contact uses AT&T, but I use Tmobile.

Try disabling 'location' in the messages. Location option sends an URL pointing to a map with you location that sometimes is not really wanted by some mobile phone companies.

Also, be sure you actually select or type the “addresses” to which to send quick and custom messages. Presets have fixed address lists. The others do not.

As always, be sure to sync after any changes to contacts.
