Turning Off inReach Mini at Night

Hello

I am heading out on a multi-day journey and in an effort to conserve battery life I have a question about turning off the device at night.

For the first three days I will not have access to a power source to recharge the mini, other than a small emergency power bank. I was thinking that when I get to where I am going to be camping that I will turn the device off at night. However, I was wondering when I turn it back on in the morning if it would pick up tracking me from the location that I turned it off on my MapShare page?

The track will pick up wherever you start tracking again. If you're still in the same spot where you stopped tracking, the track will appear to be continuous. It's not actually a continuous track, but somebody looking at the map (dots and lines) won't be able to tell the difference unless they look very closely.
