Routes not saving!! Very Frustrating!!

I have a Garmin inReach Mini, and I am trying to programme routes into the map using the map tab on explore.garmin.com. I spend a few minutes putting the route onto the map, name it and save it only for the page to refresh and everything I have done disappear. The routes are not saved. This does not happen every single time, maybe 50% of the time. Incredibly frustrating. Help!

I'd suggest moving your thread to the inReach Mini forum, since there won't be many users familar with that device here on the Garmin Connect Web forum, so your chances to get an answer here are quite dim.
