Open Water Swimming and iR data field

Since I have paired my iR Mini to the fenix 6X Pro Solar,

I have an iR data field for Running activity, actually it appears automatically I didn’t add it manually.

As I decided to use iR Mini for a swimming as an emergency device and beacon (inside water protected bag ballon HEAD).
I need to add iR data field to the Swimming activity.
Any ideas how to do it?

Got answer from Garmin support via chat. There is no iR screen for Open Water Swimming. Instead you can back from activity to the main screen by long press back button, then select iR widget, send a message…

Got answer from Garmin support via chat. There is no iR screen for Open Water Swimming. Instead you can back from activity to the main screen by long press back button, then select iR widget, send a message or activate Tracking, and return to your activity. Not so perfect, but better than nothing. Actually I discovered this workaround by myself. Request to add iR screen to the Open Water Swimming is sent to Garmin.
