Mini update with inreach Sync software

I have mini, which is used within an enterprise inreach account. We sync all out devices with the inreach sync software as recomended on the portal of our account. The mini is synced, but the latest version of fw on it is 2.1 and the inreachsync says this is the latest. Is there a reason for it just because we have it in enterprise account?

In the mini it says hardware version 4.0 and software version 2.1

OK, I will try.

I was just curious, because before all updates were done by the inreach sync software. I also want be sure that it will then still work with an enterprise account where it is operated now.

The inReach Mini has always used Garmin Express for software updates and syncs account data through inReach Sync Desktop App. However, other inReach models like the inReach SE+ and Explorer+ do use inReach Sync Desktop App for software updates. Updating the software shouldn't impact it's use if it's active on an enterprise account.

thanks for clarification, I have now made the update with express and tested all and works with our enterprise as before.

We use otherwise Delorme inreach explorers, so there was only one test device mini.
