Sort of. When a person thinks that a response from Garmin might be especially useful, is there a way to "tag" Garmin or to proactively ask Garmin to respond?
Also, what happens when a person clicks on "Verify Answer"?
The best way to get an immediate answer is to contact Product Support directly, but as I mentioned, we help out where we can and if you look through older posts you'll see we typically reply when users request a reply from Garmin.
