My Mini is no longer turning on

Hey Everyone, my Mini is no longer turning on. I have tried hard reboot but after that it starts up and a few seconds later it dies? has anyone had this problem?

Sounds like the battery. If you haven't already tried charging it, do so. If it won't charge, or if it still behaves this way after you give it a full charge, call tech support.

Does it stay on when connected to an external power source?

If you plug into power, like charging it, does it get hot at the location below the display? I had to send mine in for replacement due to a similar issues. I think the charge circuitry went bad.

same here. not been used in months but battery says 100% but won't turn on. connected fine to computer and installed update. but still won't turn on. tried reset nothing happened...
