InReach Widget kn Fenix 5x

i have installed the inReach Widget on my fenix watch. It also connected to the inReach. But since hours now the watch display shows the massage ‚messages loading‘. Is this normal? When should it be over??

No, not normal. In my experience, the ANT+ connection between the Mini and the watch is somewhat fragile. For example, it worked well when the Mini was in my hip pocket on the same side as the watch. But when I put the Mini in a cyclist's fanny pack around back, the connection got seriously flaky.

If I were you, I'd test this in good conditions (for example, with the two devices a few feet apart and with a clear line of sight between them). If that works, then proceed to more challenging scenarios. If that does not work, a call to tech support is in order. One of two devices may have issues with the ANT+ hardware or firmware.
