Hello, just got back from a trip. I believe there is a new firmware version available and I'd like to sync in general but I get the attached error. I've tried with different cables, different usb ports, the mini on and off and nothing works. Does anyone have any idea what this could be?
I have never seen that particular error. Next step is to remove and reinstall the Sync program. If this is a Windows PC, you might also want to be certain that the system is not configured to shut down "idle" USB parts to conserve power. Sometimes that interferes with communication with inReach devices. If none of that works, contact support.
