Device reactivation using prepayment without a valid credit card

Let's say I have a suspended inReach device. In case my credit card fails for some reason and I have enough funds for the activation fee on my inReach account, can I activate the device without adding a new valid card?

Dima Hello, if you have prepaid funds on the account it will pull from that. However, once that is gone it will pull from the card on the account and if that is expired or fails then the service will not…

It is best to always keep your payment method current so there are no service interuptions. If there is a prepaid amount on the account it will pull from it first at any point in time.

Dima Hello, if you have prepaid funds on the account it will pull from that. However, once that is gone it will pull from the card on the account and if that is expired or fails then the service will not go through and continue. You will want to make sure to always have an updated credit card on file so you do not have service interupitions.
