My messages on inreach no longer enter text on the cell phone but enter Garmin messenger without notification sound and position since I made the last update

Hello 3543185 If you started using the messenger app then all messages will show in the messenger app as it is tied to your phone number. If you are not getting notifications then you will need to check that you have notifications turned on and allowed for the messenger app. Messenger App Undelivered Messages Help.
Maybe you can give me a better understanding of what it is you are doing and have changed? Did you start using a different app? What device do you have? Are you the one using the inReach device or are you just receiving messages from someone who is using an inReach device?
thank's for the answers,the device that I'm using is 66i GPSMAP and it all started when I did my up date with the GPS on Garmin express it's seem like the up date have change all my setting and since than all my message that I'm sending to my girlfriend's phone go's to the Garmin Messenger with out the location and sound for the notification
This is a "feature" not a bug. Garmin is slowly adding the full range of iR devices to the Messenger universe. No everybody likes this, but it's going to happen.
