If you are referring to the Explore website, I am not having any problems. You could try to shutting down your computer and router for several minutes and then restart them.
We are sorry to hear you are seeing a blank screen while logging into your Explore account. We recommend clearing your internet browser's cache or using a private/incognito window. Steps for this are in the article below.
Clear the Browser History, Cache, Temporary Internet Files, or Open a Private Window
If you have cleared your cache and/or tried a different browser but still get a blank screen we recommend typing in explore.garmin.com/map and this will take you to your map page and should bypass the blank screen.
