I've already created a ticket at Garmin billing support, but I wonder if there Is anyone else experiencing the same problems with adding a credit card on the explore.garmin.com website?
Right after you enter the credit card details, you need to do an extra verification for your credit card (that's needed in some European countries). After doing that, the bank says everything is ok, but the Garmin websites gives you an error:
'your credit card authorization has failed. Edit your credit card information and try again'.
Tried it with several credit cards. Garmin says there is a known issue in some European countries. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same problem. A bummer because I'm not able to activate my new bought Garmin Inreach Mini and I'm leaving soon for a multiple day hike.
