Garmin Explore webpage not working?

Hi, I purchased yesterday a new Garmin inReach Mini and when trying to fill-in the necessary data on the Explore website in order to chose a plan, the site just get stuck and it displays a red box stating: The user object contains invalid values.

According to Garmin customer support in UK the issue is from their side, their engineers are trying to fix the bug... basically I am traveling in 2ndays and my device is worthless as I cannot activate it.

Anyone else having the same issue?
