I went from an alpha 100 to a alpha 200I. do i need a subscription to track my dogs while hunting?

An inReach subscription is required to use the satellite communication features of the Alpha 200i, but is not required to track dogs. You can track dogs without an inReach subscription.

I believe this is if you want to use the built-in inReach features.

An inReach subscription is required to use the satellite communication features of the Alpha 200i, but is not required to track dogs. You can track dogs without an inReach subscription.
