What the heck

Followed garmin instructions for not being able to send or receive msg or email....no joy.  It appears that garmin is the only person who can send or receive msgs or email to my device.   This is typical of my experience with their stuff, there is always something off....either a ghost update or some glitch whether you have a cyclometer, heart rate monitor or the inreach explorer plus.  Its all rubbish and is more trouble than it is worth.
