Test message not being sent after reactivating account

Hi all,

This morning, I reactivated my inReach plan from suspended to the safety plan, but for the last step in the activation process, which is to verify account is active by sending text to [email protected] fails to send on my InReach SE device.  It times out.  I also tried to send a preset message to myself (SMS this time) and that also failed to send - timing out.  I tried this multiple time, and yes - I am aware it can take up to 40min.

All tests were conducted outdoors, clear sky and no obstructions.  For each test, I waited until the sending process timed out.

I also tried factory reset and syncing data.  This did not resolve this issue.

Any ideas on what I can try next?  I'm beginning to suspect that the provisioning process did not complete cleaning and something was not activated.

My unit is an InReach SE, firmware is 2.16(125024).  I believe it is up-to-date with updates.
