Adding new Inreach

I have just added a new inreach to my account and paid for the new subscription. Does the other paid subscription get cancelled? My wife has the original inreach and I have yet to hear from her tonight. She always texts me. HELP

All depends of how you have added the new Inreach . If you replaced or added. There are two ways. Good luck

On a consumer Garmin inReach account, you can only have one active device with one active user at a time. While you can add a second device with a subscription, since you can only have one active user, you would have to reassign the user to the second device in order to use it. If you want to be able to use both device active at the same time, the second device would have to be added to a separate inReach account with a different email address.
