Garmin Mapshare link is not working from a phone

It just simply doesnt work from a phone. Hop on a computer and it works just fine.

Are you talking about typing the link directly into a browser on your phone? I just tried this on an iPhone. Worked fine.

What mobile web browser are you using? Are you accessing the MapShare link through a message sent from an inReach device or are you entering the MapShare URL directly into the web browser?

I am having a similar issue - but I've embedded the MapShare via iFrame on a Wordpress website. My MapShare link works when accessed in a browser on iPhone or iPad, but not when embedded via iFrame. It seems like it might be hung up while loading. Thoughts?

Same problem here, still. iFrame won't load the mobile version of MapShare when on mobile (phone). Mobile version of MapShare works okay on tablet. It's not a browser issue - it's a problem with the mobile site Garmin is serving up under a certain breakpoint.
