What happens when a long email (>160 characters is sent to an InReach device? Does it truncate the message at 160 characters or split it up into multiple messages or something entirely different?
You can't send an e-mail directly to the inReach. Everything is SMS messages. In every circumstance I've seen, longer messages are broken up into segments and send as multiple messages. I believe your plan will be charged for each segment, but am not sure of that. Nor am I at all sure that this segmentation applies in every circumstance.
