Clearing Inreach tracks from Map

Is anyone aware of how I can clear all of the track history from the online map? I realize it can be filtered, but when my wife uses her phone and tries to see my location when she gets notified that I've started a track, it is nearly impossible to access the filter function on the phones small screen. without being able to filter out all of my past tracks, the map is uselessly obscured with hundreds of track lines and points. I used to be able to clear all of the track history, when I first got my Inreach, years ago, but if there is a way to do it now, I can't figure it out. Thanks in advance.

    What phone is your wife using?
    I have seen the same problem on my Android phone (Verizon S7). There seems to be no way to do the filtering from the phone whether via Earthmate or the phone itself. OTOH, my wife uses the "most recent track" filter on her laptop computer. Obvious that is more bulky than a phone. But at least that works when at home.
  • If you are talking about the MapShare mobile site, the filters are not accessible from there. You can request the full site, but as you point out, the filters are nearly impossible to use when viewing the full site on a phone. The best thing I have found is to use the MapShare options to set the "Hide Older MapShare Data" date to a very recent date. This hides all older data unconditionally. Even somebody who can access the filters cannot see the older tracks.

    You set this option from your inReach account. Social tab, MapShare "Options" button in the upper right corner. In the resulting pop-up window, look for "Hide Older MapShare Data" about halfway down. After you set the date, don't forget to click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the window.
