I don’t have the Safety and tracking menu option on Connect on my fenix 5x, please help re-add.

I would love to activate the incident detection function but I can’t enable it on Connect and nor do I have the Safety menu option on my fenix 5x. I have read that all the 5’s now have this option.

With which activity do you want to use incident detection? According to the manual it is available only for outdoor walk, run, and bike activities.

If you have Data Upload set to Off in your account, incident detection will not be available.
