my files are coming from edge 830 (outside rides) and Tacx trainer/ Zwift, I also use Vivo smart, but the app is not adding up…

Garmin's support is at https://support.garmin.com, it is safer to contact them directly than here through the user forum. And especially it is not the best idea to ask on the Fenix 5 forum, when you do not own that model at all, as far as I understood.
Otherwise, I recommend removing your devices from Garmin Connect, and then adding them back again. When done, do another activity and see whether it was added to the Training Load.

I also use Vivo smart
BTW, Vivosmart does not support the feature of Training Load, so you will not get any TL updates from that device

not really worried about the Vivo, but the fact that Training Load stopped to sum up from Edge & Tacx units, all Garmin products.

I had same issue. It stayed stuck for last 8 weeks! Load was updating, but this green range not. Today I decided to write to Garmin and send some data and... it surprisingly started working properly. Looks like Fenix has some "rage detector".
