Faulty readings on my fenix 5x

Hello , my fenix 5x gave me 0 calories reading after a 4k run. This is the first time it happens. The previous day while swimming in open water for a distance that i know is around 1k it gave me a reading of 1.8 k . Any clue why am getting suddenly these faulty readings? Thx

Make sure your user profile is correct (age, weight, height, etc). Then restart the watch.

Besides what seilogramp wrote, another reason could be that either the HR was not recorded correctly, or that your Resting HR was too high on that day (that happens easily when you do not wear the watch when sleeping or resting). Check out the HR graph of that activity, and have a look at the all-day HR screen for that day - there is always also the Resting HR.

Actually this event happened after a sudden shut down of my watch , even if i had charged it the day before . Donno what happened . Am monitoring it now ! Thanks for your reply and support !
