Fenix 5X freezes when starting activity

When I start an activity the watch freezes. Gets stuck in the activities menu. After about 30 to 45 seconds the activity starts. This only happens after the watch is turned on.
Did a factory reset. And right after the initial setup same thing. It freezes with any activity.

Firmware version: 25.00

yes, my fenix 5x too. i dont know, if factory reset will help.

Did that multiple times but didn't solve the problem. I had contact with Garmin. They said the Fenix 5X isn't supported anymore because it's an old watch. They have a point, but why leave us behind with a 'crippled' watch that used to work for years without this problem. I will keep using this watch for the time being. Just have to remember to start an activity in advance.

Bonjour,

J'ai déclenché une activité habituelle sur ma Garmin Fenix 5X+.

L'écran s'est figé sans que j'appuie sur un bouton quelconque à 0,04 km et 53 secondes.

Il n'y a que la lumière qui se met lorsque j'appuie sur les boutons. Rien d'autre ne réagit, l'écran reste bloqué.

Je n'ai fait aucune mise à jour dernièrement.

Pourriez-vous m'aider je vous prie

pour débloquer la montre

et aussi me dire si c'est un problème qui risque de se reproduire (si toutefois la montre revient à son état normal !).
