‚technical‘ mode

hi, my fenix 5 shows only software and other technical data on the screen. all watch functions disappeared. what can i do? i assume the watch is still working. i just don‘t know how to come out of this ‚technical‘ mode. thanks for your support. michael

That is the diagnostic menu. Typically, you would get there by holding the down button while the unit is powering on.

To get out of this, restart the watch:
- Hold LIGHT until the device turns off.

That is the diagnostic menu. Typically, you would get there by holding the down button while the unit is powering on.

To get out of this, restart the watch:

Hold LIGHT until the device turns off.
Hold LIGHT to turn on the device.

If the device returns to the diagnostics menu, possibly the down button is stuck. You can try releasing it by holding it under warm running tap water while pressing it several times.
