I am sorry your watch will no longer charge. You have owned your Fenix 5X since November 2016. It is likely that your lithium-ion battery has failed. There are steps you can still try that might work.
Please try the following:
- With your watch unplugged, hold down the top left power button for 30 seconds.
If your watch did not turn on, charge your watch. Give 15-20 seconds to see if your watch responds. If no response, proceed to the next step.
- With your watch plugged in charging, hold down the top left button again for 30 seconds.
If you still cannot charge your watch, it will need to be replaced.
