plus de données météo

Bonjour, depuis plusieurs jours je ne reçois plus de données météo sur ma montre Fénix 5 plus. La connexion bluetooth avec mon téléphone est bien activée, je reçois bien mes mails et sms.

Il y a juste le logo Garmin connect qui s'affiche et l'inscription "en attente de données".

  • I am sorry your weather is not being received by your watch. Since you can see Bluetooth connection between your watch and Garmin Connect and your other features are working through the Connect APP, you can approach the issue from two different angles.

    Please try the following:

    1) Garmin Connect side:

    - Remove your watch from your Connect Mobile APP

    - Delete the Connect APP off your smartphone

    - Remove your watch from your phones Settings > Bluetooth menu

    - Download the Connect APP and Bluetooth pair your watch through the Connect APP again.

    2) If the above steps did not resolve it, address it from the watch side too.

    - Bluetooth pair through the Connect APP again.
