I have a strange problem with my Fenix 5S.
During my holidays last week the watch began to start activities by itself without me doing something.
The behaviour was as if the start button was defective and pressed all the time.
I couldn't do anything except waiting and letting the watch drain the battery.
After I recharged it, the start button wouldn't work at all and I wasn't able to start activities anymore.
I tried several things, restarting, etc. and after some time the watch was just dead even when connected to a charger.
I just put it away and let it be.
Yesterday I was about to throw it away but gave it a last try and put it on a charger again.
The screen didn't show anything but to my surprise after some hours connected to the charger I could switch it on again and it seemed to work!
Even the start button was working again without issues.
But soon I noticed a drawback: the battery was empty in less than an hour!
I did a factory reset and charged it again to 100%, but again it was empty in an hour without doing something with it.
Any ideas what I can try?
Software version is 25.00. I don't know if the trouble started with an update but I suspect it to be a software issue rather than a hardware problem.
