dead pixel and flickering screen

Hi,

Two issues. 1. A dead pixel has appeared on the screen. 2. When using it other than a watch the screen goes dull and it flickers? 

I have raised it with Garmin and they have kindly set up a replacement but when I click through they want to charge me £108!

I haven't hit or dropped the watch and seemed to happen at once? Software issue?

Any ideas? (I've had it over the two years which I'm guessing is the warranty)

  • I am sorry there is an issue. If your watch is still under warranty, call Outdoor Product Support to have the replacement cost waived. Product Support might ask you for your original receipt if we do not show you in warranty on our end but your receipt will immediately clear up whether being on warranty or not.
