Routing has vanished from all of my activities. GPS reports it has locked ok and everything seems fine, but when my activity (running, open water swimming, walking, surfing etc) is over and the activity is saved, no gps data or route appears in Garmin Connect or Strava.
Watch is Fenix 5 sapphire with v25.00 firmware.
Any ideas?
I am sorry there is an issue. Over all generations of the Fenix series, I have only worked with a few watches that have developed the same issue you are describing. If the issue does not resolve by resetting…
Thanks so much. A simple reboot seems to have worked. I am so used to rarely even taking it off, let alone switching it off, that this simple digital fix-all eluded my thinking!
