Garmin sent me a Fenix 5 refurb after mine had that corroded charging connector problem. It's worked well for about a year but now the HR doesn't work right, with or without a HRM strap. Numbers are way low (<100bpm when elliptical shows >140bpm). HR will stay low and then suddenly jump up to expected HR after 10min+. But now, it stays low or fails to register any HR with or without strap.
I did a full reset and that seemed to help a week or two, but now it's off again.
Is there any other hard reset/firmware reinstall option?
