I am sorry there is an issue. If you have owned your Fenix 5 watch since 2017 when it was released, it may have been time and your display decided it was done. It is difficult to predict how long to expect your display to work but in general, your lithium-ion battery is most likely going to deplete and will result in replacing your watch. If you bought your watch directly from the vendor in your country, you are welcome to reach out to see if they can do anything for your Fenix 5 watch.
