I'm having the same problem with the battery not holding a charge. Goes dead immediately after unplugging from a full 100% charge.

My Fenix 5s watch says 96% to 100% when plugged in. Then when I unplug it, it states "critical battery Powering off." Then it turns off. I plug back in, then it states 96%. Unplug it and again it goes dead with the "Critical Battery" code.
It all started about a week ago when I noticed the time was incorrect on my watch. Then it would crash when I tried to start an activity. Now the battery won't hold a charge. Do I need to send in for service?
